	The baiji, or Yangtze River dolphin, is a cetacean whose home is the Yangtze River in China. The last sighting of the baiji species was in 2002 and it is listed as critically endangered and possibly extinct. Links: baiji.org More Images: Baiji photos
	The Western Gorilla has suffered a population decline of 60% from the 1980's due to outbreaks of Ebola and hunting. The Western Gorilla's conservation status was uplisted from Endangered to Critically Endangered in 2007. More Images: Western Gorilla photos
